Fully Automatic Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine With Twisted Rope Handle Inline

   Fully automatic square bottom paper bag machine is designed for the production of paper bags with twisted handles. It is suitable for mass production of shopping bags in industries such as food and clothing. The one-line process consists of twisted handles making from paper rolls and twisted rope, delivery of handles to paste unit, pre-cutting of paper on position of rope, patch position gluing, handle pasting, and paper bag making. The paper bag making process consists of side gluing, tube forming, cutting, creasing, bottom gluing, bottom forming and bag delivery. This machine adopts Japan imported high-speed motion controller (CPU), which controls the operation of servo through high-speed bus to ensure stable movement and smooth motion curve. It is the automatic square bottom paper bag equipment with handles inline preferred by the majority of printing and packaging manufacturers.

Product Description

1.Feeding part

Hydraulic unwinding system: The hydraulic motor drives the feeding, achieving smooth and controllable coil transfer and positioning. The built-in pressure and displacement closed-loop feedback system ensures no impact and accurate positioning during the feeding process.
Pneumatic linkage expansion shaft system: using a central air guide expansion shaft, high-pressure gas on/off control is achieved through an integrated rotary joint. The expansion shaft has synchronous expansion and instantaneous exhaust functions, realizing automatic locking and rapid release of the core, simplifying the coil replacement process, and improving the adaptability of the shaft end.

2.Seven Servo Motor

Using the original Mitsubishi motion controller (PC) from Japan, it is integrated with fiber optics to ensure stable high-speed operation. Through the deep integration of a dedicated motion controller and a full fiber high-speed network, a core motion control platform with fast response, accurate synchronization, strong anti-interference, and high reliability has been constructed.Air conditioner for electric control box

3.Machine Body

Adpot Japan Original Mitsubishi Servo Motor and Germany Original SICK Photoelectric Eye Correction, tracking printing bag accurately.

The main machine part of the paper bag machine automatically paints the paper with the hand pull for edge glue, tube forming, cutting, creasing, bottom glue, bag bottom forming.
