Machine use roller paper, from primary color paper or printed web paper to square bottom paper bag one times production.The machine can be used in various paper bags with high speed and efficiency. It is an ideal equipment for paper bag production.

This machine is composed of roll unwinding (hydraulic feeding, automatic web guide, constant tension), side gluing, printing electric eye tracking, base paper into cylinder, fixed-length traction cutting, bag bottom indentation opening, bag bottom gluing, bag bottom molding, bag sending etc.The whole machine is controlled centrally by PLC touch screen and servo motor controls the length of paper bag.

It can pretend 2 color /4 color printing group, bag surface window lamination device and handgrip hole device according to your need.

Can be matched with rope twisting, flat rope handlebar machine, rewinding machine, etc., to make the products more competitive and diversified.

Product Description

1.Feeding part

Hydraulic unwinding system: The hydraulic motor drives the feeding, achieving smooth and controllable coil transfer and positioning. The built-in pressure and displacement closed-loop feedback system ensures no impact and accurate positioning during the feeding process.
Pneumatic linkage expansion shaft system: using a central air guide expansion shaft, high-pressure gas on/off control is achieved through an integrated rotary joint. The expansion shaft has synchronous expansion and instantaneous exhaust functions, realizing automatic locking and rapid release of the core, simplifying the coil replacement process, and improving the adaptability of the shaft end.

2.Machine Body

Adpot Japan Original Mitsubishi Servo Motor and Germany Original SICK Photoelectric Eye Correction, tracking printing bag accurately.

The main machine part of the paper bag machine automatically paints the paper with the hand pull for edge glue, tube forming, cutting, creasing, bottom glue, bag bottom forming.

The whole machine adopts a pressure flip system to ensure safe and stable operation

4.PLC Control

Flexographic printing can ensure absolute color consistency and high-precision continuous scanning. When a micrometer level offset is detected, the system automatically drives the servo motor to adjust the phase of the plate roller or the tension of the material belt, achieving instantaneous correction. Reduce all defects such as dirty spots, flying ink, scratches, missing prints, paste patterns, and knife threads. At the same time, the automatic control of ink viscosity and pH value is more in line, with multi-stage coordinated control of tension and adaptive drying energy, ensuring that the key variables of printing effect (color, position, pressure, tension, temperature) are quantified and visualized in real time, at a glance.
