The LY series of fully automatic hydraulic hot stamping equipment has rich hardware configurations and can adapt to the hot stamping requirements of a variety of products.
(1)The entire machine is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the fuselage wall panels are treated with special processes to ensure high strength and never deform, ensuring the safety of the fuselage wall panels.
(2)Taiwan hydraulic components are used to ensure accurate machine movement. The host pressure has an overload protection device, and the synchronization is equipped with a fracture protection device. It will automatically stop when there is an external impact, reducing damage to the fuselage and suction and discharge accuracy, and avoiding the occurrence of malfunctions.
