High Speed Paper Slitting and Rewinding Machine
This paper roll slitting machine is suitable for a lot of paper, such as 20-300g/m2, paper&film laminated, PET/PVC etc best jumbo roll cutting machine.
Machine use servo three motor synchronize control, auto tape tension,center and surface rewinding together. Machine use frequency adjust speed, keep stable running when speed up. It has auto counter quantity, auto fixed length, auto machine stop when had alarm , auto tension control etc function.
1. Horizontally rotating reels , easy to operate;
2. Adjust the tension of the material film at will;
3. Equipped with two kinds of cutting (optional), round knife or flat knife, pneumatic pressure roller, and internally rotating magnetic powder tension;
4. High-precision deviation correction control system;
5. Equipped with rough edge cutting and waste edge automatic treatment device;
6. With automatic meter counter and automatic stop;
7. Horizontal type, equipped with PLC control screen, flexible and convenient operation;
8. Slitting speed stepless speed regulation.
